Pinellas County Housing Authority serves approximately 9,000 Pinellas County residents on a daily basis as tenants residing in the properties we own and operate, and through the rental subsidies we pay for families living in the private rental market.  We are very proud of our long history of accomplishment in serving Pinellas County residents as well as of the partnerships we have developed and maintained to provide the best quality services to our clients.

It is the commitment of every PCHA employee to provide the highest quality service to the residents of our communities and the customers we serve.  We also believe in providing avenues of opportunity for resident self-sufficiency by aggressively pursuing partnerships with public and/or private entities to allow for the implementation of programs beneficial to them.
