The St. Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA) is seeking an ASSET MANAGER who will oversee operations at Jordan Park and The Legacy at Jordan Park – two affordable housing communities conveniently located in St. Petersburg, Florida. This position offers full-time salaried employment at a competitive salary with a strong benefit package including:

· A 4-1/2 day (40 hour) condensed work week. (Mon-Thurs 7:30am - 5pm and Fridays from 8:00am - noon)

The mission of the St. Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA), is to provide safe, sanitary, accessible, decent, and affordable housing to eligible citizens of the city of St. Petersburg, while enhancing and promoting resident self-sufficiency.
SPHA operates three housing programs: Public Housing, Affordable Housing, and Housing Choice Vouchers. Together, these programs provide quality, sustainable housing opportunities for approximately 4,000 qualifying low-income households.
The St. Petersburg Housing Authority offers a variety of programs that provide affordable rental housing to low-income families, seniors, veterans, and the disabled in the greater St. Petersburg region.
