At Valet Living, financial performance is powered by strong operational discipline, scalable systems, and teams that execute with consistency and care. As Director, Accounting Operations, you will lead the functions that keep our organization running smoothly at scale; Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense, Inventory, and Payroll supporting approximately 10,000 associates nationwide.
Reporting to the Vice President, Controller, this is a high‑impact leadership role in a complex, high‑volume environment. You’ll build on an established foundation to elevate processes, strengthen controls, and drive continuous improvement, automation, and scalability across accounting operations. As a private‑equity‑backed organization, operational excellence and enterprise value creation are central to our growth strategy and this role is critical to that mission.
Salary Range: $125,000 - $145,000
Bonus: 15% of annual salary
Work environment: Remote‑first; Tampa‑based candidates preferred with occasional in‑office presence
Travel: Approximately 10%
